## No Returns Policy

At Purposely Thread, all items are produced and shipped directly from our manufacturing partners. Due to the nature of our drop shipping and made-to-order business model, **we do not accept returns or exchanges** on any products.

## Why We Don't Accept Returns

- All items are custom-produced specifically for your order
- Products are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners
- Each piece is made-to-order with your specifications
- We cannot resell returned custom items

## Exceptions - Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is:
- Defective or damaged upon arrival
- Significantly different from what was described
- Missing parts or incorrect item shipped

- Your order number
- Photos of the defective/damaged item
- Description of the issue

We will work with you to:
- Replace the defective item at no cost, OR
- Issue a full refund if replacement is not possible

- Product selection
- Size and color choices
- Shipping address
- Quantity

**We cannot modify or cancel orders once they have been submitted to our manufacturing partners** (typically within 24 hours of purchase).
